Venta la Vega 'Adaras Aldea' Red Blend Almansa 2021 (La Mancha, Spain)

Located in the foothills of Alamansa’s El Mugrón mountain range, Venta la Vega’s 225 hectares of Garnacha Tintorero grapes is the largest planting of this unique varietal in Europe. Winemaker José Ángel Martínez (also of Envínate winery acclaim) and oenologist Raúl Pérez work together to oversee every level of operation- from the tending of the vines to the bottling of the wine. This easy drinking blend of Garnacha Tintorero and Syrah has ample notes of red fruit, warm spices, a slight herbal and plenty of earthiness. Grippy tannins provide great structure which is balanced by a fresh acidity making for a vibrant and incredibly well balanced wine.
