Designed to hold countertop equipment, the stainless steel chef base holds the ready-to-cook product in two refrigerated drawers, keeping it fresh until the chef is ready to use it. Each drawer can accommodate two full-size 4" deep steam table hotel pans. Constructed on a welded, heavy-duty, black powder-coated steel frame rail, the refrigerated chef base has stainless steel front and sides with Galfan-coated steel back and a heavy-duty, one-piece reinforced stainless steel top with drip-resistant "V" marine edges that protect against spills. The top supports up to 717 Lbs.
