Constructed on a welded, heavy-duty, black powder-coated steel frame rail, the True TRCB-72-HC refrigerated chef base has stainless steel front and sides, Galfan-coated steel back, and a heavy-duty, one-piece reinforced stainless steel top with drip-resistant "V" edges that protect against spills. The top supports up to 1,084 Lbs. The entire cabinet structure and drawer facings have foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The TRCB-72-HC refrigerated chef base’s side-mounted, front-discharge refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R513A refrigerant and has an extra-large epoxy-coated evaporator coil paired with a large condenser and a higher horsepower compressor.
