Use the top of the refrigerated equipment stand to hold a variety of equipment—cooktop, griddle, charbroiler, you name it. The heavy-duty stainless steel top and reinforced mounting points can take it, and 1” marine edge on all sides with an additional 1” overhang will keep your equipment firmly in place. A ceramic layer over foam insulation under the stainless steel top prevents heat transfer to the refrigerated drawers below. Load those drawers with product. Each drawer can hold a full size hotel pan—4” deep in the top drawer, and 6” deep in the bottom—plus additional 1/3 size pans, or a combination of pans with the stainless steel hooked adapter bars.
