Use the top of the refrigerated equipment stand to hold a variety of equipment—cooktop, griddle, charbroiler, you name it. The heavy-duty stainless steel top and reinforced mounting points can take it, and 1” marine edge on all sides with an additional 1” overhang will keep your equipment firmly in place. A ceramic layer over foam insulation under the stainless steel top prevents heat transfer to the refrigerated drawers below. Load those drawers with product. Each drawer can hold full size hotel pans—4” deep in the top drawer, and 6” deep in the bottom. Drawer facing, linings and frames are all stainless steel, making them easy to clean no matter what might spill, and the drawers are equipped with full-extension, heavy-duty, self-closing Fulterer telescoping slides with soft stop.
