Our farm grows 7 varieties of heirloom hardneck garlic on our farm in Vermont for planting and eating as well as make specialty farm-to-bottle spices and garlic powders. Varieties include: Spanish Roja, Killarney red, Chesnok Red, Katterman, German Hardy, Siberian, and Vietnamese. We follow all organic standards.
