It supports a wide range of global bands including NB-IoT, Cat-M, and GPRS, and features GNSS positioning capabilities. This module is particularly suitable for Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as intelligent instruments, asset tracking, remote monitoring, and e-health, owing to its compact size, low latency, and extensive coverage. The module is equipped with a standard Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO extension header, ensuring compatibility with various Raspberry Pi series boards. It supports multiple communication protocols including TCP, UDP, PPP, HTTP, FTP, MQTT, SMS, and Mail, enhancing its utility in diverse applications. The onboard USB interface facilitates testing of AT Commands and acquisition of GPS positioning data, while breakout UART control pins allow connection with host boards like Arduino and STM32. Additionally, the module includes a SIM card slot compatible with both standard SIM cards and NB-IoT specific cards, and features dual LED indicators for easy monitoring of operational status. The device operates at a default voltage of 3.3V, which can be adjusted to 5V if necessary.
