THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU IF: You're a self-guided athlete and looking for a solid road map to get you to the finish line strong, healthy, and happy. You have about equal capability in the swim, bike, and run. We do not recommend this plan for athletes who are limited on their swim proficiency. STARTING POINT: Level 1 - You should be able to comfortably swim 1000 yards with breaks and bike/run at an easy pace for 30 minutes.
