Sprint Triathlon Stock Training Plan
Ready to rock a sprint distance tri? We've got you covered, BABE! THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU IF: You're a self-guided athlete and looking for a solid road map to get you to the finish line strong, healthy, and happy. STARTING POINT: Level 1 plan: Suitable for newer athletes. You should be able to comfortably swim 25 yards in a pool and bike for ~20 minutes continuously at an easy effort. Run fitness will build as you go. Level 2 plan: Ideal for athletes who have some triathlon experience. You should be able to comfortably swim 100 yards continuously, bike for ~45 minutes at a moderate effort, and run 30 minutes continuously at a relaxed effort.
