Super Sprint Triathlon Stock Training Plan
Ready to rock a SUPER sprint distance tri? We've got you, BABE! THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU IF: You're a self-guided athlete and looking for a solid road map to get you to the finish line strong, healthy, and happy. STARTING POINT: Level 1 (beginner): Suitable for athletes with no swim/bike/run experience or who are coming back to triathlon after time away/injury. You should have relative comfort in the water though no formal swim background is required. Swim, bike, and run fitness will build as you go. Level 2 (experienced): Ideal for athletes who have some general fitness coming in. You should be able to comfortably swim 25 yards continuously. Swim, bike, and run fitness will build as you go.
