2 Year Sauna Warranty

Our warranty covers any defects related to the heater, temperature control, outer container or other parts of the Sauna Pod that may cause problems with the function of the device.  However, please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under the warranty. So to ensure that your Sauna Pod lasts as long as possible, please follow the instructions carefully when setting up, using, and maintaining the device, and avoid exposing it to extreme weather, sharp objects, or any other damaging conditions. If you do encounter any defects please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and ensure that your Sauna Pod operates reliably and effectively for your needs.
