2 Year Water Chiller Warranty

Our warranty covers any defects related to the pump, filter, or other parts of the Water Chiller that may cause problems with the function of the device.  However, please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under the warranty. So to ensure that your Water Chiller lasts as long as possible, please follow the instructions carefully when setting up, using, and maintaining the device, and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, sharp objects, or any other damaging conditions. If you do encounter any defects please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process.
