The extended warranty covers any defects caused by product faults, such as seams coming undone, valve leaks or air chamber punctures due to product faults. However, please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under the warranty.To ensure that your Ice Pod lasts as long as possible, we recommend using it as intended and taking proper care of it. So please follow the instructions carefully when inflating and deflating the Ice Pod and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, sharp objects or any other damaging conditions.If you encounter any defects caused by product faults, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process. The warranty starts running from the moment of purchase.
