A unique variety of baccatum pepper, Aji Pineapple derives its name from the unique citrus-like flavor of its sweet and spicy, pale-yellow fruit. This was one of our favorites of the varieties we trialed this year—we just loved the contrast of the pale-yellow peppers against the dark green foliage. Aji Pineapple has a similar heat level to Aji Amarillo, but with a slightly smaller plant stature (around 2') and a slightly larger fruit size (2-3" long). As with other baccatum varieties, the plants take a while to mature, so give them a good head start indoors and ensure that you have enough frost-free days for the plants to produce a good crop. 90 days to harvest. 10 seeds per packet.
