Cinnamon Basil

Also known as Mexican basil, Cinnamon Basil is a striking, pollinator-friendly variety with deep purple stems and fragrant, purple-tinged leaves. Its mild, spicy-sweet flavor carries a warm cinnamon note that sets it apart from standard basils, making it a unique addition to both savory and sweet dishes. Use it fresh in salads, pestos, and teas, or substitute it in any recipe calling for basil for a subtle twist. Plants are attractive enough for the flower garden (the images here represent half of what we've captured—we can't stop photographing it), drawing bees and butterflies while filling the air with their aromatic scent. Matures in about 85 days. Each packet contains a minimum of 250 seeds.
