Yellow Monster Bell Pepper

True to its name, Yellow Monster is an open-pollinated variety of pepper that produces massive, yellow bell peppers reaching up to 8 inches in length.  Truly the largest pepper we've grown, we were amazed at the size and overall yield of this variety.  The large, elongated peppers are initially green, eventually ripening to bright yellow, but not before going through a beautiful mottling phase where parts of the pepper are green and other parts yellow.  The flavor is exceptional, especially when the peppers are picked fully ripe.  It is exceptionally sweet, crisp, and refreshing.  A great variety for fresh eating and salads, but also well suited for sauteing.  Harvests begin approximately 90 days after transplant.  Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
