Brown Turkey Fig

The Brown Turkey Fig tree produces one of the largest figs of our collection. The Brown Turkey fig has watermelon-colored flesh and violet-brown skin. Brown Turkey Fig trees have a light breba crop and heavy main crop. The Brown Turkey fig tree requires considerable summer heat to ripen evenly; use a brick or masonry wall in coastal or short growing season climates to improve heat gain.
