  USDA Certified Organic The Bullock apple tree is said to of originated in Burlington County, New Jersey in the 1700's. Considered one of the parents to our cherished Golden Russet. Back in the day it was one of the most popular apple varieties for cider in the states. Bullock apples are small to medium-sized apples. They have pale yellow skin with some coppery russetting. Often fruit is covered in a good deal of russetting. Inside they have very firm, yellow flesh, with a mild but rich and spicy flavor. Good for fresh eating, drying, cider.
