Texas Everbearing Fig
The Texas Everbearing fig has a rose-pink flesh with distinctive full-bodied flavor. Fruit is medium to large, with a reddish-brown skin and a reddish-pink pulp. Plump with a short stem and moderately closed eye. Ripens from June through August. Texas Everbearing fig trees are productive, very vigorous, long-lived and resists spoilage. The Texas Everbearing fig variety bears heavily inland and coastal; often fruits twice a year. Figs are 2-3 feet in height when shipped.
