  USDA Certified Organic Michelin cider apple tree gained prominence in Normandy in the late 1800's. Named after a Monsieur Michelin who promoted the study of cider apples. Michelin cider apple tree is an old bittersweet  variety with reliable cropping. The apples are small, pale green and maturing to yellow with a slight flush. This cider can stand alone but benefits from blending. Slight berry aroma, tastes like cooked apple.
