Create Content From Your Catalog
A useful draft helps someone decide whether a product fits their need. Start by naming that need, then identify the product facts that answer it. The agent can help turn that connection into copy; your review keeps a plausible audience from becoming an unsupported promise.
Choose the audience need before the format
If the audience is not clear yet, use the Reach Agent and available audience context to explore plausible situations around your catalog. Choose a connection your actual product facts support. A search phrase, a social idea, and a detailed question may all express that same need.
For a traveler comparing cabin bags, a product page can supply exterior dimensions, a social post can prompt a wheels-and-handles check, and a guide can explain the comparison. Each helps with a different decision; copying the FAQ into every channel misses that purpose. Follow the complete illustrative journey.
Start with a product and a buyer question
Open the merchant workspace and load your store. Open a content idea for a category or use Create content from a keyword result. The content plan uses the buyer questions available for your catalog. Review the question and the attached products before choosing what to write.
Choose what the draft should become
Select the products to feature, then choose a channel, tone, and length. You can use a writing preset or a saved voice for your store. The available formats include blog or SEO articles, SEM landing pages, email, product descriptions, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and TikTok or YouTube scripts. A video script is written content, not a rendered video.
The writer uses available product fields, category buyer questions, and keywords from your catalog profile. Different formats use different parts of that context. A modeled question is not proof of search demand, and missing product evidence still needs your review.
Generate, review, and use the draft
Generate the draft in the workspace. Check every product fact, offer, link, and claim against your current records. Adjust the setup and regenerate when needed. Publish the reviewed copy through your normal product-page, email, or social tools.
Hosted drafting uses Reach Dog tokens. Review the workspace’s usage information and your balance before running more work; the cost can depend on the selected operation. The pricing page explains the free allowance and optional purchases. This guide does not promise automatic publishing, scheduling, or changes to your catalog.
Prefer to start with one product?
The free How-to-Sell guide starts with a screenshot or Shopify product link, your confirmed facts, and a preview before email. The email opens with possible audiences, supporting evidence, messages for one supported connection, and a first test. These audience ideas are hypotheses, not measured demand. When facts are missing, the guide identifies what to verify before drafting. It also includes six buyer questions and a reusable prompt for your chosen AI tool. Selling guides provide category prompts for that same do-it-yourself approach. Those prompts are separate from hosted drafting and use the model access you provide.
