About the art: A summer cold led to a frustrating trip to CVS for cough drops and other overpriced essentials. Looking over the receipt, I saw a list of things I didn't want to buy but needed just to get through the day. It made me reflect on all the random things I do in a day just to 'get through' life. Inspired, I sketched a receipt listing all the BULL SHIT things I do in a week that detract from my passions, along with their time costs.
