Generating RSA Ad Copy From Your Catalog
What Is RSA Ad Copy?
A responsive search ad combines multiple headlines and descriptions supplied by the advertiser. Google Ads selects combinations when serving the ad.
Reach Dog’s Audience & Content tools can generate search-ad copy from catalog context. Campaign Builder can also create a campaign structure and export a Google Ads Editor CSV for merchant review.
How Reach Dog Uses Catalog Context
Generated copy can draw from:
- product titles and descriptions
- buyer and search language connected to the product
- relevant attributes, uses, occasions, audiences, timing, and benefits
- available volume, CPC, and competition context
Using buyer language can make the ad more directly relevant to the query. It does not guarantee click-through rate, conversion, ranking, or campaign performance.
Review Before Export
Before using generated copy:
- Confirm every product claim against the catalog.
- Remove language that does not accurately describe the product.
- Check prices, promotions, shipping statements, and policy claims against current merchant information.
- Confirm that each headline and description complies with the advertising platform’s current limits and policies.
- Review keywords, match types, bids, budgets, and negative keywords before importing a campaign file.
The Campaign agent produces drafts. It does not push to Google Ads, commit spend, or modify a live campaign.
Export Workflow
Where Campaign Builder offers Google Ads Editor export, download the generated CSV and review it in Google Ads Editor before posting. The merchant controls the final campaign structure and publication decision.
