Understanding Keyword Recommendations

Recommendation Labels

Reach Dog can organize keyword opportunities with prioritization labels such as BUY_TOMORROW, CONSIDER, and EXPAND where those labels appear in the product.

The labels help order a review using available signals such as relevance, search volume, CPC, and competition. They do not guarantee sales, profitability, conversion, or a required campaign action.

How to Read the Labels

If another label appears in a particular product surface, read it as that surface’s prioritization state rather than a universal rule.

Before Acting

For every recommendation, check:

  1. Does the product genuinely answer the buyer need?
  2. Is the term appropriate for a listing, content page, or campaign?
  3. Do the volume, CPC, and competition signals fit the merchant’s economics?
  4. Does the proposed action fit the broader catalog and campaign strategy?

Recommendation labels shorten the list. The merchant still makes the product, economics, and execution decision.
